How do I register for the marathon?
Registration is completed through our online form. Select your preferred package, choose your accommodation dates, and submit your details. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your registration is processed.
What is the accommodation policy?
Accommodation is available at Delfi Hotel Bodrum. We offer two-night and three-night options. Please note that one-night bookings are not permitted, and all packages require at least two consecutive nights of stay.
Can I cancel my registration?
Registration fees are non-refundable once submitted. However, if you need to cancel, please contact us directly to discuss your specific circumstances and potential options for a full or partial refund.
Are workshops included in the packages?
No. Workshops with Vanessa Gauch are not included in any marathon package. These sessions are offered separately and will be announced soon. Workshop details, topics, and prices will be provided closer to the event date.
What is the exchange rate policy?
Register by 15 November 2026 to benefit from the fixed exchange rate of €1 = 50 TRY. After this date, the current market exchange rate will apply to all payments.
