1. HAVAŞ or MUTTAŞ airport shuttles — the most economical option

• The journey from the airport to Bodrum Bus Terminal takes approximately 40–50 minutes.

• From the bus terminal, you can take a taxi to the hotel, which takes around 10–15 minutes.

• Total journey time: approximately 50–65 minutes, excluding waiting time.

The shuttle buses do not take you directly to the hotel. Check the schedules according to your flight arrival time.

2. Airport taxi — the most convenient option

• Journey time: approximately 35–45 minutes.

• Direct transportation to the hotel entrance.

• The fare depends on the taximeter, traffic, and current rates. It is advisable to confirm the approximate cost in advance.

Taxis are available at the airport 24 hours a day.

3. Private airport transfer — the most comfortable option

• Journey time: approximately 35–45 minutes.

• A driver can meet you at the arrivals terminal and take you directly to the hotel.

• If you are travelling as a group, compare prices per vehicle to see whether this option is cost-effective.

4. Car rental

You can rent a car at the airport and drive to the hotel. This may be more convenient if you also plan to explore other places around Bodrum during your stay.

My recommendation

If you are visiting Bodrum mainly to stay at the hotel or attend a tango event, taking an airport shuttle and then a short taxi ride is a good way to keep costs down.

If you have several pieces of luggage or are travelling with a group, a private transfer may be more comfortable.
